Niuver Tres Cubano & Guitar Performer | Vocal Coach | Music Educator Niuver is a Cuban tres and guitar performer, as well as a dedicated trilingual music educator with more than 25 years of teaching experience in Cuba, France, and the United States, where she has resided for the past seven years. She specializes in vocal training, classical guitar, piano, and comprehensive music education, with a deep commitment to fostering artistic growth in students of all ages. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Music from the National School of Art in Havana, Cuba (1991–1995), elementary studies in classical guitar and piano at the Music School of Matanzas, and a Gold Medal in Jazz Singing from the Regional Conservatory of Metz, France (2001–2002). She further expanded her training through studies in musical theater, including voice, acting, and dance, in France, as well as certification from Yamaha Popular Music School. In the field of education, Niuver has worked as a music teacher at the National School of Art in Havana, the École de Musique de Sablon in Lorraine, and Yamaha Music School in Metz, teaching voice, piano, and ensemble classes to children, teenagers, and adults. As an artist, she has toured internationally, including a Latin American tour with Ricardo Arjona from 2014 to 2016 and a tour with Cuban artist Raúl Paz from 2010 to 2011. She has performed at prestigious venues such as L’Olympia, La Cigale, and New Morning in Paris, as well as in festivals and concert halls throughout Germany and France. Her areas of expertise include music pedagogy, curriculum development, vocal technique across multiple genres, instrumental instruction in classical guitar, piano, voice, and ukulele, ensemble and choir direction, and multilingual teaching in Spanish, French, and English.
