We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes means that you accept the updated terms.

Latin Music Mastery’s services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. If you are a minor in your country, state, or jurisdiction, you must have permission and supervision from your parent or legal guardian.

Latin Music Mastery is an online music education platform focused on Latin music. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Recorded courses.
  • Lessons by instrument.
  • Lessons by musical genre.

  • Interactive resources.
  • Musical evaluations.
  • Practice tools.
  • Content related to technique, rhythm, performance, history, style, and practical application.

The platform may cover instruments and musical areas such as congas, timbal, bongó, bass, piano, violin, minor percussion, voice, arrangements, ensemble playing, theory, performance, and other related resources.

It may also include genres and styles such as salsa, Cuban son, chachachá, mambo, songo, cumbia, rumba, danzón, bolero, Afro-Latin music, popular dance music, and other representative genres of Latin culture.

We reserve the right to modify, add, reorganize, or remove courses, instructors, categories, features, or content according to the educational, technical, artistic, or business needs of the platform.

2. Educational Nature of the Platform

Latin Music Mastery has an educational, cultural, and training-based purpose. Our goal is to transmit musical knowledge, professional experience, instrumental technique, historical context, and practical tools so that students can develop their skills within Latin music.

Use of our services does not guarantee specific results, complete mastery of an instrument, guaranteed professional improvement, employment, external official certification, or musical or commercial success.

Each student’s progress depends on multiple factors, including their starting level, discipline, practice, prior experience, dedication, ear training, study time, access to instruments, and other personal elements.

3. Intellectual Property

All content available through Latin Music Mastery, including videos, audio, sheet music, text, graphics, designs, logos, trademarks, trade names, course structures, educational materials, exercises, arrangements, lessons, evaluation systems, interfaces, software, databases, photographs, illustrations, animations, documents, and other materials, is owned by Latin Music Mastery or used under authorization, license, or permission.

This content is protected by copyright, trademark, intellectual property, unfair competition, and other applicable laws in the United States and other countries.

Access to the platform does not grant you ownership of any Latin Music Mastery content. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use to access the content while your account or subscription remains active and in compliance with these terms.

You may not copy, download, distribute, sell, reproduce, record, retransmit, publish, share, modify, translate, extract, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any Latin Music Mastery content without prior written authorization.

4. Permitted Use of the Services

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and Conditions, Latin Music Mastery grants you a limited license to:

  • Download or print materials only when expressly permitted by the platform.
  • Practice with the exercises and content available for individual use.

Use of the platform is strictly personal and educational. You may not use the content to create competing courses, train external systems, resell classes, feed databases, share access with third parties, or publicly reproduce the content without permission.

5. User Registration

To use certain services, you may need to create an account. When registering, you agree to provide true, current, complete, and accurate information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Latin Music Mastery reserves the right to suspend, delete, or modify accounts when we determine that there is false information, misuse, violation of these terms, inappropriate conduct, or risk to the security of the platform.

6. Purchases, Payments, and Processing

When making a purchase or subscribing to Latin Music Mastery, you agree to provide valid, complete, and current payment information.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment platforms, including Stripe or similar providers. Latin Music Mastery does not directly store complete credit or debit card information.

All prices will be displayed in U.S. dollars unless another currency is indicated. We may modify prices, plans, promotions, or benefits at any time, subject to applicable law.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit purchases when we detect fraud, abuse, pricing errors, unauthorized use, resale attempts, or any suspicious activity.

7. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

By purchasing a subscription, you agree that your plan will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless it is canceled before the renewal date.

The length of the billing cycle will depend on the selected plan, such as monthly, annual, or any other available membership type.

By subscribing, you authorize Latin Music Mastery and/or its payment processor to automatically charge the applicable amount to the payment method on file.

8. Free Trial

Latin Music Mastery may offer a free trial to new users. The length, conditions, and availability of this trial may vary depending on the promotion in effect.

At the end of the free trial, if you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your payment method may be automatically charged according to the selected plan.

The free trial is available only to new users and may not be used repeatedly by the same person through different email addresses, cards, names, or accounts.

9. Subscription Cancellation

Cancellation prevents future renewals but does not necessarily result in an automatic refund for payments already processed, unless the 30-day money-back guarantee for new members described in these terms applies.

After cancellation, access to the platform may continue until the end of the paid period, unless otherwise stated.

10. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for New Members

Latin Music Mastery offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for new members who purchase a subscription for the first time directly through our platform.

This guarantee exists so that new students can explore the platform and confirm whether our courses fit their musical needs.

Conditions of the guarantee:

  • It applies only to first-time subscribers.
  • It does not apply if the user previously had a membership, free trial, previous account, or canceled subscription.
  • The request must be made within the first 30 days from the initial purchase date.
  • The request must be sent from the same email address used to create the account.
  • Latin Music Mastery may verify the account, payment history, and eligibility before processing the refund.

11. General Refund Policy

Outside of the 30-day money-back guarantee for new members, payments that have already been processed are generally non-refundable.

This includes automatic renewals, monthly payments, annual payments, promotions, discounts, special memberships, partial or full access to courses, and unused subscription periods, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

It is the user’s responsibility to cancel the subscription before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.

12. One Free Trial Per Person

Each user may use only one free trial, if such trial is available.

It is prohibited to attempt to obtain multiple free trials through different email addresses, cards, names, devices, accounts, or any other method designed to avoid this limitation.

Latin Music Mastery reserves the right to cancel accounts, block access, deny refunds, or take additional measures when abuse of promotions, free trials, or guarantees is detected.

13. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the platform for any purpose other than those authorized by Latin Music Mastery.

You may not:

  • Copy, download, record, or distribute courses without permission.
  • Share your account with other people.
  • Resell access to the platform.
  • Use our content to create competing products.
  • Extract data, videos, audio, text, or materials using bots, scrapers, or automated tools.
  • Disable, bypass, or interfere with security measures.
  • Upload viruses, malware, malicious code, or harmful content.
  • Use the platform for illegal activities.
  • Impersonate another person.
  • Harass, insult, threaten, or harm other users, instructors, or team members.
  • Publish false, offensive, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, or illegal content.
  • Use the platform for spam, unauthorized advertising, or external promotions.
  • Remove copyright notices.
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the platform.
  • Reverse engineer the software.
  • Use LMM content to train AI models, systems, databases, or external products without written authorization.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of the account without refund.

14. User-Generated Content

The platform may allow users to post comments, responses, videos, audio, exercises, reviews, messages, questions, recordings, evaluations, or other materials.

By submitting content, you represent that:

  • You have the right to share such content.
  • The content does not violate the rights of third parties.
  • The content is not illegal, offensive, false, discriminatory, defamatory, abusive, or misleading.
  • You have the necessary permissions if other people, voices, images, music, or third-party materials appear in the content.
  • Your content does not contain copyrighted material that you are not authorized to use.

Latin Music Mastery may review, hide, edit, delete, or reject user content at any time and without prior notice.

15. License to User Contributions

You retain ownership of the original content you upload or submit to the platform, unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

However, by uploading, submitting, or posting content on Latin Music Mastery, you grant LMM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, display, process, analyze, adapt, transmit, and use such content for the purpose of operating, improving, promoting, and administering the services.

This license may include use of your name, image, voice, musical performance, comments, or reviews when you have voluntarily submitted or authorized them for such purposes.

Latin Music Mastery assumes no responsibility for user-posted content and reserves the right to remove any contribution it considers inappropriate or contrary to these terms.

16. Reviews, Comments, and Testimonials

If you post a review, comment, or testimonial, you agree that your opinion must be based on a real experience and must not contain false, offensive, discriminatory, illegal, misleading, or defamatory information.

Latin Music Mastery may use voluntarily submitted reviews, testimonials, or comments for promotional, educational, or informational purposes, including on websites, social media, advertisements, emails, and marketing materials.

We may accept, reject, edit, or remove reviews at our discretion.

17. Artificial Intelligence Features

Latin Music Mastery may offer tools assisted by artificial intelligence, machine learning, or similar technologies.

These features may include, among others:

  • Feedback on musical practice.
  • Evaluation of rhythm, technique, accuracy, or performance.
  • Study recommendations.
  • Audio or video analysis.
  • Generation of educational explanations.
  • Interactive learning assistance.
  • Support tools for students.

AI features are provided only for educational and support purposes. They do not replace professional human instruction and do not guarantee absolute accuracy, guaranteed progress, or perfect evaluation.

AI-generated feedback may contain errors, omissions, or incomplete interpretations. You should use it as a complementary tool within your learning process.

By using AI features, you agree that certain submitted data, such as audio, video, text, responses, or exercises, may be processed by external technology providers in order to provide the service, improve the experience, and maintain platform functionality, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You must not use our AI features for illegal, abusive, offensive, misleading, discriminatory, harassing, impersonation-related, copyright-infringing, or unauthorized content generation purposes.

18. Mobile Application

If Latin Music Mastery offers a mobile application, you are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to install and use the application on devices you own or control.

You agree not to:

  • Decompile, modify, or reverse engineer the application.
  • Copy or adapt the source code.
  • Use the application to create competing products.
  • Remove intellectual property notices.
  • Use the application on unauthorized networks or environments.
  • Violate the terms of the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other distributors.

Apple, Google, or other application distributors may have additional terms applicable to the use of the application.

19. Social Media and Third-Party Accounts

The platform may allow you to sign in or connect through third-party accounts, such as Google, Facebook, Apple, or other services.

If you choose to connect an external account, you authorize Latin Music Mastery to access certain data permitted by that platform, such as name, email address, profile image, or other information necessary to create or manage your account.

Your relationship with any external provider is governed by that provider’s terms and policies.

20. Third-Party Websites and Content

Latin Music Mastery does not control or guarantee the accuracy, security, availability, content, policies, or practices of these third parties.

Use of external sites or services is at your own risk and subject to the terms and policies of those third parties.

21. Service Management

Latin Music Mastery reserves the right, but not the obligation, to:

  • Monitor use of the platform.
  • Investigate violations of these terms.
  • Suspend or cancel accounts.
  • Remove content.
  • Restrict access to certain features.
  • Block users or IP addresses.
  • Correct technical errors.

24. Term and Termination

Latin Music Mastery may suspend, limit, or cancel your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these terms, committed abuse, fraud, misuse, intellectual property infringement, harmful conduct, or any activity contrary to the law or the interests of the platform.

If your account is terminated for violating these terms, you may not create a new account without prior authorization.

25. Changes, Interruptions, and Availability

Latin Music Mastery may modify, update, interrupt, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time.

We do not guarantee that the services will be available without interruptions, errors, or failures. Technical issues, maintenance, updates, internet outages, third-party provider failures, or interruptions beyond our control may occur.

We will not be responsible for losses, inconvenience, or damages resulting from temporary interruptions, content changes, removal of features, or inability to access the platform.

26. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

27. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any formal proceeding, you and Latin Music Mastery agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for a minimum period of 30 days from written notice of the dispute.

Nothing in this section limits Latin Music Mastery’s right to seek injunctive relief, protection of intellectual property, removal of infringing content, suspension of access, or actions necessary to protect its rights.

If a complaint related to Latin Music Mastery is not satisfactorily resolved through our support channels, Florida residents may consult consumer protection resources available through the Florida Office of the Attorney General, Consumer Protection Division or the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, Division of Consumer Services, as applicable.

29. Corrections

There may be information on the platform that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, omissions, incorrect descriptions, incorrect prices, incorrect availability, or other errors.

We reserve the right to correct any error, update information, modify prices, adjust descriptions, or cancel orders affected by errors, even after a confirmation has been sent or payment has been received.

The services of Latin Music Mastery are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that:

  • The platform will be free of errors.
  • The content will always be complete or updated.
  • Evaluations will be perfect.
  • AI features will always be accurate.
  • The user will obtain specific results.
  • Use of the platform will produce professional musical mastery.
  • Access will be continuous or uninterrupted.

The user uses the platform at their own discretion and responsibility.

Latin Music Mastery will not be responsible for decisions made by the user based solely on educational content, recommendations, comments from other users, or feedback generated by artificial intelligence.

31. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Latin Music Mastery, its directors, representatives, instructors, employees, contractors, partners, affiliates, or providers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive damages, loss of income, loss of data, loss of opportunities, business interruption, or any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform.

In no event shall Latin Music Mastery’s total liability exceed the amount paid by you to Latin Music Mastery during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some provisions may not apply to you.

32. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Latin Music Mastery, its directors, employees, instructors, contractors, affiliates, partners, and providers from any claim, damage, loss, liability, cost, or expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from:

The fact that Latin Music Mastery does not exercise a right at a particular time does not mean it waives the right to exercise it in the future.

No partnership, employment, agency, franchise, or joint venture relationship exists between you and Latin Music Mastery as a result of these terms or use of the platform.
